Express Entry 2019 periodical Report: more than 40,000 invitation to apply for Canadian permanent residence

pool with scores above this cut-off are drawn and are issue invitations to
apply for permanent residence.
A score of 838 is the
second lowest minimum CRS obligation for a first quarter of a year. The lowest
recorded CRS for a first district was 834 in 2018. That year also holds the
record for the lowest maximum CRS ever record in an all-plan sketch which
occurred on May 21, 2018, when the maximum CRS dropped to 813.
